Think of SafeBridge Triage® as a highly disciplined digital sorting clerk. When a new rejection referral submission arrives, the clerk is handed a note with several specific clues including service Jurisdiction , Primary Denial Reason, and Financial Status.
The clerk’s sole job is to walk over to your custom Resource Directory and find every every referral that matches those clues perfectly. The clerk then checks every result in for the latest service offering, estimated wait times, and any inclusivity markers. In 1 second.

Participant Profile: Solo and group private practice owners in the or intake coordinators in the U.S. who routinely handle rejections of out-of-network or underinsured callers.

Participation in the SafeBridge Triage® Focus Group (the "Session") is conducted solely for market research, workflow evaluation, and usability testing of digital healthcare routing tools. Compensation, honoraria, or incentives provided to participants represent Fair Market Value (FMV) solely for the participant's time, expertise, and professional feedback.
Participation and compensation are entirely independent of any past, present, or future clinical patient referrals, business volume, or endorsement of SafeBridge Triage®, Privacy First Digital, or KoopzyIO, LLC ("Company"). Nothing contained in this engagement constitutes an inducement, fee-splitting arrangement, or referral contract under New Jersey administrative regulations (including N.J.A.C. § 13:42-10.14) or applicable federal anti-kickback statutes.
The Session is strictly focused on high-level operational workflows, triage protocols, and software user interfaces. Participants explicitly agree NOT to share, disclose, or discuss any Protected Health Information (PHI), personally identifiable patient information, or specific clinical case details protected under HIPAA, the HITECH Act, or New Jersey state privacy laws.
All feedback, feature suggestions, comments, workflows, and ideas provided by participants during or in connection with the Session shall immediately become the sole and exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Participants hereby assign all rights, titles, and interests in such feedback to the Company and waive any claims to royalties, equity, licensing fees, or ownership rights arising from future product enhancements or derivative works.
Participants acknowledge that they are acting as independent professional consultants and not as employees, partners, or agents of the Company. Participants remain solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with their respective New Jersey professional licensing boards (e.g., State Board of Psychological Examiners, State Board of Social Work Examiners, Professional Counselor Examiners Committee), employer policies, and institutional codes of ethics.
Any unreleased software mockups, technical specifications, or proprietary concepts disclosed by the Company during the Session constitute confidential proprietary information. Participants agree not to record, screenshot, reproduce, or disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent from the Company.
